We propose ourselves as a single interlocutor for the realization of energy requalification interventions of buildings and industrial processes, taking care of all the activities and services necessary for the design, construction, management and maintenance.

No economic and financial risk

The availability of a guarantee on operating performance, combined with financing through third parties, represent two particularly interesting elements for end users, whether they are large industrial companies, small businesses, local authorities or condominiums.

EPS promotes the optimization of energy consumption through Energy Performance Contract (EPC), or energy performance contracts to guarantee results, taking on the entire economic investment and assuming all financial and market risks related to the actual energy savings achieved.

An even more advantageous form of EPC contract: PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements)

A further advantage of the EPC contract is the opportunity to establish a partnership for the sale of the energy produced on-site, through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), in the event of energy improvement interventions that include the generation of energy produced from renewable sources.

PPAs are long-term contracts, ranging from ten to thirty years, during which two companies collaborate on a shared energy efficiency project, establishing a new form of relationship between seller and buyer.

Each PPA is customized, built around the customer and, in most cases, contains interventions that integrate a mix of renewable energies to respond flexibly to the normal changes that occur, over the decades, in the life of a company.

White Certificates

We are a certified ESCo

We are an Energy Service Company (ESCo) certified according to the UNI CEI 11352 standard by the TUV and accredited by the Energy Services Manager (GSE).

1. Internal energy audit

Our team of EGE UNI CEI 11339 certified consultants carries out a completely free internal energy audit with an attached representation of the most significant process data.

2. Energy diagnosis

A diagnosis is conducted in order to trace the energy model, the baseline consumption with the related Energy Performance Indicators (EnPI) and the investment plan in energy efficiency interventions, indicating the performance measurement and verification protocol.

3. Operational implementation of the action plan

We deal with the management and development of energy efficiency improvement measures and reporting on all savings achieved, providing a continuous measurement of the level of energy performance achieved, verifying and analyzing the absorption data during the entire duration of the contract, through the Energy Management System (EMS) platform for monitoring and supervising energy consumption.

4. Certified measurements and verifications

Our team consists of Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) certified engineers. The methods for verifying the results and efficiency performances, both in the civil and industrial fields, are consistent with the IPMVP protocol (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol).
