EPS has the technical and organizational requirements provided for by the D.P.R. n. 74/2013 which give it the qualification of Conductor of Thermal Plants as Third Person in Charge of maintenance, ordinary and extraordinary, of safety and of the adoption of measures necessary to contain energy consumption.

Our team of experienced engineers are can monitor the consumption of the distributed energy and operational functional parameters of thermal power plants remotely implementing suitable set parameters and diagnostic functions in real time according to the real environmental conditions.

Who is the Third Responsible?

It is the person who receives, in writing, from the owner the assignment of Head of the Heating System with regard to the operating activities, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and energy efficiency checks required by the laws in force.

What is the activity carried out by the Third Manager?

The operational activities provided for in the contract for the assignment of the Third Responsible assignment include periodic checks, filter cleaning, functional checks and cycle inversion before the start of the season, the compilation of the System Booklet for the planned air conditioning by D.M. 10/02/2014 and the preparation of the periodic Energy Efficiency Control Reports (EECR) required by the Presidential Decree n. 74/2013.

Our know-how

EPS is a licensed company pursuant to Ministerial Decree of the M.I.S.E. 37 of 22/01/08 for the control and maintenance operations of heating systems in accordance with the technical requirements of the system documented by the designer, by the manufacturer or by UNI and CEI standards.

The quality certification obtained according to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard authorizes maintenance for systems with a power equal to or greater than 350 KW and to participate in tenders for the management and maintenance of heating systems on behalf of public bodies.
